The Mississippi State baseball team finished the regular season with a 34-20 overall record and a 15-15 record in SEC play, concluding their final series against Missouri with a remarkable sweep that saw them score a combined total of 50 runs across the three games. The Bulldogs secured a staggering victory in Game 1, winning 25-7, marking the highest number of runs scored by the team in a game since 2010. During the series, senior first baseman Hunter Hines made history by hitting four home runs, becoming Mississippi State’s all-time leader in career home runs.
